Having already taken a swipe at Britney Spears because Britney does not take the promotion of the Britney branded fragrances seriously enough, Victoria Beckham has declared her passion for fashion by stating she wants to be in the designer biz for the next 20 years.

 

Victoria first dipped her toe in the choppy waters of fashion design in 2004 by slinging her hook in with Rock and Republic with the VB Rocks line of high end jeans. In 2006, DVB Eyewear (David and Victoria Beckham, geddit?) hit the streets.

 

Despite fashion designer, Mr. Blackwell's snipey comments in his annual worst dressed woman list in which he stated, "Forget Fashion Spice- wearing a skirt would suffice! In one skinny-mini monstrosity after another, pouty Posh can really wreck-em." Victoria continues undaunted with a line of men's baggy jeans.

 

She says she models them on her fashion conscious husband, David and also comments that: "If you are a man that likes really skinny jeans, very fashiony, this isn't really the line for you..." The new line will be far from crotch-huggers as this is a look that the delicate Spice says repulses her.
