Offline-First & Absolute Privacy Principle
Unlike conventional cloud POS platforms that log every register ring to centralized servers, Shoppish POS is built with an Offline-First architecture. All sales logs, customer records, inventory movements, and revenue data remain entirely on your local hardware.
1.Information We Collect
We only collect data strictly necessary for account administration and license verification:
- Account Information: Name, email address, and WhatsApp contact for license delivery and billing communications.
- Device License Binding: A cryptographic hardware hash upon activation to protect against unauthorized license duplication.
- Cloud Add-on Sync Data: If you opt in to Shoppish Online, only the product catalog items you explicitly publish to your web store will sync with our secure cloud servers.
2.Handling of Transaction Data
We NEVER sell, rent, or monetize your business sales records, customer lists, or financial telemetry to advertisers or third-party brokers. Your business belongs 100% to you.
3.Security & Encryption Standards
All communications between client apps and our authentication services are encrypted using industry-grade TLS/HTTPS. Local device databases utilize robust local storage that can be backed up or exported by the merchant anytime in open CSV/JSON formats.
4.Your Data Rights & Deletion
You have the right to request deletion of your web portal account, unbinding of previous hardware devices, or complete export of your licensing records at any time by contacting our support team.
